Vandaag zijn wij op zoek naar gedreven Transport Administrator voor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de warehousing en distributie. Met geavanceerde warehousing faciliteiten en een uitgebreid distributienetwerk bieden zij op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor alle logistieke uitdagingen. Bij hen krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamisch team dat zich toelegt op het leveren van efficiënte en betrouwbare logistieke dienstverlening.
Wat ga je doen?
- Nauwkeurig invoeren van transportgegevens voor een correcte administratie.
- Registreren van in- en uitgaande containers.
- Opmaken van documenten voor planning, opvolging en afrekening.
- Voorbereiden en opvolgen van de facturatie, inclusief eindcontroles.
- Uitvoeren van controles om administratieve correctheid te waarborgen.
Wie zoeken we? Een flexibele teamspeler met een servicegerichte en nauwkeurige werkhouding. Je bent direct in communicatie, gemotiveerd en streeft naar kwaliteit in zowel administratieve als ad-hoc taken.
Jouw profiel:
- Een eerste werkervaring.
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Administratieve vaardigheden en kennis van transportdocumenten (pluspunt).
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en goede kennis Engels (andere talen zijn een plus).
