In deze rol zorg je voor een efficiënte planning van baantransport en zeevracht en houd je overzicht over internationale transportstromen. Dankzij jouw analytisch inzicht en organisatorische vaardigheden verlopen transporten vlot en op tijd.
Takenpakket & verantwoordelijkheden
- Plannen en coördineren van baantransport en zeevracht
- Optimaliseren van routes en transportefficiëntie
- Contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, carriers en klanten
- Administratie en rapportage van transportplanning en zendingen
- Coördineren van spoedzendingen en uitzonderlijke transportcases
- Oplossen van verstoringen of vertragingen in transportstromen
Wie ben jij?
- Opleiding in logistiek, transport, supply chain management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Interesse of ervaring in transportplanning, baantransport of internationale logistiek
- Sterk in planning, organisatie en route-optimalisatie
- Communicatief sterk in contact met chauffeurs, carriers en klanten
- Probleemoplossend en stressbestendig bij last-minute wijzigingen
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in administratie en planning
- Nederlands en Engels spreek je vlot; Frans of Duits is een plus
