Als Transportplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van nationale en internationale transporten bij een toonaangevende logistieke speler in Zeebrugge. Je waarborgt een efficiënte en tijdige planning van goederenstromen via verschillende vervoersmodaliteiten.

• Opstellen en optimaliseren van transportplanningen rekening houdend met diverse rittenschema’s.
• Afstemmen van logistieke processen tussen interne afdelingen, chauffeurs en externe partners.
• Bewaken van de voortgang van transporten en tijdig inspelen op wijzigingen of incidenten.
• Gebruikmaken van digitale planningssystemen voor een nauwkeurige en actuele opvolging.
• Dagelijks schakelen in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een extra troef.
• Uitvoeren van administratieve taken zoals het beheren van transportdocumenten en rapportage van planningsgegevens.
• Met aandacht voor kosten, kwaliteit en klantafspraken werk je mee aan de optimalisatie van logistieke processen.
