Als Transportplanner Internationaal Wegvervoer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte organisatie en coördinatie van internationale transporten per vrachtwagen binnen de EMEA-regio. Je werkt in een betrokken team en rapporteert aan de manager van de Road & Intermodal afdeling.

• Dagelijkse truckplanning: Je beheert de volledige internationale truckplanning voor FTL- en LTL-zendingen en zorgt steeds voor een optimale belading en routeplanning.
• Monitoring en probleemoplossing: Je volgt het transport nauwkeurig op, anticipeert op onverwachte situaties, handelt klachten af en bewaakt het correcte verloop van de zendingen.
• Klantgericht plannen: Je plant nauw samen met klanten, houdt rekening met hun wensen en zoekt continu naar de best mogelijke oplossingen.
• Outsourcing en prijsafspraken: Je zet opdrachten uit bij onderaannemers, onderhandelt over tarieven en stelt transportprijzen vast.
• Documentatie: Je bereidt transportopdrachten en logistieke documenten voor, waaronder CMR's, paklijsten en facturen.
• Samenwerking: Je draagt actief bij aan het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en denkt mee over nieuwe projecten binnen de afdeling, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
• Digitalisering: Je maakt vlot gebruik van Microsoft Office en TMS-systemen voor een efficiënte workflow.
