Voor ons team Logistiek & Distributie zoeken we: Business Process Manager

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Identificeren van verbeterpunten binnen de logistieke activiteiten van onze distributiecentra door workflows, processen, systemen en werkwijzen te analyseren.
• Uitvoeren van projectmanagement en controle van verbeterinitiatieven, inclusief kosten-batenanalyses en implementatie-opvolging.
• Documenteren en invoeren van nieuwe Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) met bijbehorende training voor het team.
• Coördineren van de uitbreiding van logistieke capaciteit, inclusief het opstellen van scenario’s en begeleiden van simulaties, testen, en go-live-activiteiten.
• Waarborgen van Operational Excellence-normen en het toepassen van methodologische kennis zoals 5S, RCA, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, enz.
• Trainen en coachen van warehouse key users en eindgebruikers in nieuwe systemen en processen.
• Bijdragen aan een cultuur van continue verbetering en innovatie in onze logistieke operaties.

Jouw ideale achtergrond

• Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma en kan zeker 5-10 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke functie voorleggen
• Je bent vertrouwd met magazijnautomatiseringssystemen (zoals Schaeffer, Stow) en kennis van SAP EWM-ERP is een troef.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma-methodologie is een pluspunt.
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
• Je bent planmatig, oplossingsgericht en een analytische denker die energie haalt uit coaching en leidinggeven.
• Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de flexibiliteit om met verschillende doelgroepen te werken.
