Functieomschrijving
Als Warehouse Logistics Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van het magazijnteam en het efficiënt beheren van alle logistieke processen. Je zorgt voor een correcte ontvangst, opslag, orderpicking en verzending van goederen met focus op nauwkeurigheid en tijdige levering. Daarnaast beheer je het voorraadbeheersysteem en voer je regelmatige controles uit om de voorraad nauwkeurig te houden.
Je plant en organiseert het werk van het team, bewaakt de veiligheid op de werkvloer en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met andere afdelingen. Verder analyseer je operationele gegevens en stel je verbeteringen voor om de logistieke processen te optimaliseren en kosten te verlagen.
Profile Description :
Algemene vereisten
- Ervaring in magazijnbeheer en logistiek, bij voorkeur met leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden
- Kennis van ERP- en magazijnbeheersystemen (WMS)
- Organisatorisch sterk en ervaring met teamplanning
- Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in voorraadbeheer en rapportering
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerking met verschillende teams
- Aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit binnen logistieke processen
