Voor ons team Logistiek & Distributie zoeken we: Warehouse Supervisor (2 shiften)
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
• Direct aansturen, ondersteunen en opleiden van warehousemedewerkers.
• Voeren van regelmatige feedback- en evaluatiegesprekken met je team.
• Beheren van personeelsplanning en verwerken van verlofaanvragen.
• Dagdagelijkse opvolging van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures via controles.
• Je staat in voor het opstellen en behalen van targets aan de hand van KPI’s.
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de orde en netheid in het magazijn volgens het 5S-principe.
• Je staat in voor de duidelijke communicatie binnen het team en met collega supervisors, inclusief een heldere shift overdracht.
• Je staat in voor het signaleren van structureel terugkerende problemen en bijdragen aan de uitwerking van verbeteringsvoorstellen.
Profile Description :
Jouw ideale achtergrond
• Je hebt zeker een 5-tal jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke positie als Warehouse Supervisor
• Je hebt een goede kennis van WMS-systemen en kennis van SAP
• Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
• Je bent een natuurlijke motivator en inspireert medewerker om hun kans te grijpen
• Je bent stressbestendig en kunt opleidingen op een duidelijke manier overbrengen
• Je bent flexibel naar het werken in 2 shiften (vroege 6-14u / late 14-22u)
