Contract Logistics Quality Specialist
Job description
Your Role
As a Quality Specialist at our Hermalle-sous-Argenteau site, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with customer requirements, legal regulations, and Kuehne+Nagel standards. You will support audits, manage quality documentation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Your fluency in French and English will be essential for effective communication across teams and with external stakeholders.
Description
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Define actions for audit findings based on the root cause analysis. Follow-up on action plan completion
- Execute internal and risk-based audits and follow up on findings
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with QMS standards
- Monitor and report on quality KPIs and propose improvement actions
- Support CAPA, change management, and deviation processes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare,
- Contribute to quality training, awareness, and culture-building initiatives
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure quality in new customer implementations
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with GDP, GMP, ISO 13485,
- Knowledge of quality systems and audit processes
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage documentation and regulatory compliance
- Experience in logistics, pharma, or Dutch is a plus
