Lead quality operations and compliance in a dynamic logistics hub with a strong focus on Healthcare.

Your Role
In the role of Contract Logistics Site Quality Team Leader in Geel, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. You will lead a team of quality professionals, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your fluency in Dutch and English will be key to effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Description
⦁    Develop and maintain quality processes aligned with company and regulatory standards
⦁    Lead internal audits and support external audits and client assessments
⦁    Monitor quality performance and report on key metrics
⦁    Ensure compliance with CAPA and non-conformance procedures
⦁    Coordinate quality training and awareness programs
⦁    Support quality aspects of new customer onboarding and projects
⦁    Be the key contact person for the customers on quality
⦁    Act as the site’s subject matter expert on quality topics
⦁    Lead, coach, and develop the site quality team

Qualifications
⦁    Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
⦁    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
⦁    At least 3 years of experience in a quality leadership role, ideally in logistics or healthcare
⦁    Strong understanding of QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, …)
⦁    Skilled in MS Office applications and quality management tools
⦁    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
⦁    Ability to manage audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
⦁    Experience in coaching teams and driving performance
