Job description

We are looking for a Pad Logistics Domestic Planner to join our team!

Your Role

Are you the skilled and efficient planner we are looking for? As a domestic planner, you are in charge of the daily distribution planning and follow up of our domestic round trips together with our drivers, fleet manager and domestic partners.

Your Responsibilities

Create the daily distribution planning for our local drivers.

Be the first contact point for our drivers and domestic partners. Identify gaps and propose better ways of working.
Be able to find solutions to serve our customer. Goal is to collect and deliver every shipment within the agreed lead times.
Support driver concerning shipping documents and delivery notes. Good contact within the origination is necessary.
Monitoring of driver/round trips and intervene where needed to respect the agreement with our customer.
Build up a good relation with the drivers, charters and partners.
Use the appropriate programs to foresee any delays and search proactively for solutions.

Your Skills and Experiences

Bachelor degree or similar in experience.
3 years of experience in Logistics, preferably in a similar position or environment.
Open to work variable hours (early / late).
Analytical mindset
Solution oriented
Language skills – Dutch, English and French
