Job description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing warehouse operations through advanced technology? We're looking for a Superuser WMS/WCS to join our team in Tessenderlo.

Your Role

In this role, you'll oversee the installation and management of WMS applications, conduct user training, and ensure smooth operations through effective reporting and communication.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth operation of warehouse management applications, including installing and managing new releases.
• Providing training and support to administrative and operational users, resolving application issues as they arise.
• Participating in release trainings, conducting testing of new releases, and overseeing their installation and management.
• Defining and setting up necessary reports and queries to enhance operational visibility and performance.
• Collaboration with IT departments, solution providers, and operational teams to develop and manage project plans, implement improvements, and act as the primary contact for IS-related matters and escalations. 
• Communication with stakeholders to understand and implement customer requirements while maintaining compliance with quality standards. #LI-AM4 

Your Skills and Experiences

• IT related studies or adequate (1-2 years) experience in an IT-related environment; Background in Logistics and transportation;
• Experience with reporting through e.g. Business Objects, Experience with EDI would be beneficial;
• Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills; 
• Analytical and logical method of working with very structured approach and follow-up; 
• You are a true team player with effective interpersonal skills who is able to work independently when needed;
• Excellent command of English and Dutch is required.
