Account Executive
Job description
In deze rol ondersteun je de customer service en ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de internationale goederenstromen. Je schakelt soepel tussen klanten, collega's en partners en zorgt samen met je gedreven team voor tevreden klanten én een fijne werksfeer!
- Logistieke dossiers beheer je van A tot Z, in het ERP-systeem volg je dit op. Je zorgt hierbij voor een correcte facturatie.
- Je controleert transport-, douane- en bevrachtingsdocumenten. Je plaatst boekingen en werkt nauw samen met verschillende partners.
- Leveringen coördineer je in overleg met dispatching en magazijn.
- Klanten informeer je proactief en begeleid je doorheen het traject.
- Klachten en claims zal je afhandelen in combinatie met het beheren van eventuele verzekeringsdossiers.
- Je ondersteunt de sales.
- Met jouw ideeën verbeter je de processen!
- Bij voorkeur heb je een bachelorsdiploma Office management of gelijkwaardig.
- Je bent stressbestendig, een teamplayer en flexibel ingesteld.
- Ervaring in de logistieke sector neem je alvast mee.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een grote plus!
- MS Office kent geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je bent nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en commerciële feeling.
- Heb je kennis van luchtvracht is dit een pluspunt.
- Een bruto maandloon tussen de €3000 à €4000.
