Assistent Expediteur

Job description

Als hulpexpediteur sta jij in voor de ondersteuning van de expeditie dossiers van de expediteurs voor zowel import al export zendingen en dit vooral naar Duitsland.

Wat ga je doen?

• Organiseren en opvolgen van import- en exporttransporten op van en naar Duitsland
• Je beheert je dossiers van A tot Z en communiceert helder met alle betrokken partijen
• contact onderhouden met klanten, transporteurs, douane en interne diensten
• Zorgen voor een correcte opmaak van transportdocumenten en controle van douanedocumenten
• Proactief denk je mee bij onvoorziene situaties tijdens het transportproces en grijpt snel in waar nodig

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt een goede kennis van de Duitse taal (en spreekt ook vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans)
• Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
• Je schakelt snel tussen verschillende dossiers en behoudt het overzicht
• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en klantgericht
• Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt het hoofd koel bij problemen
• Kennis van douaneformaliteiten? Dat is mooi meegenomen!
• Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma Supply Chain Management of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
• Geen zorgen als je nog niet alles onder de knie hebt: opleiding op de werkvloer wordt voorzien!
