Bediende Yard

Job description

Als bediende yardplanning organiseer je de uitbating van de beschikbare terminalcapaciteit. Dit omvat het dagelijks organiseren van de goederen vanaf "first point of rest" tot aan de truckersparking.

Operationeel & Planning

• Organiseren van de volledige yardflow: van "first point of rest" tot aan de truckersparking

• Efficiënt inplannen van terminalactiviteiten (scheepvaart, spoor, truckverkeer, shunting)

• Dagelijks stockbeheer en bewaken van overzicht en netheid op de yard

• Snel schakelen bij wijzigende omstandigheden via digitale tools (o.a. Yaso, webportal, dashboards)

Kwaliteit & Veiligheid

• Toezien op de toepassing van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsinstructies op het plein én bij railoperaties

• Actief corrigeren van onveilige of onzorgvuldige situaties

Aansturing & Teamcoördinatie

• Opstellen en opvolgen van taakverdeling en werkroosters voor Quality Inspectors en Parkwachters

• Coördinatie van de havenarbeiders op de werkvloer

• Aanspreekpunt voor vragen op het terrein en operationele bijsturing

Interne communicatie

• Dagelijks contact met de planningsafdeling en compound

• Nauw samenwerken met verschillende interne stakeholders voor een vlotte flow

• Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor Logistiek Management of andere bachelor/ gelijkwaardig niveau door relevante ervaring.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse talen zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Je hebt ruimtelijk inzicht.
• Interesse in auto's is een pluspunt.
• Goede kennis van Office pakket

• €2500 - €3500 naargelang ervaring en barema.
