Breakbulkcargo Coördinator

Job description

Als Transport & Breakbulk Planner zorg je voor de dagelijkse organisatie van transport, terminaloperaties en stuffingactiviteiten voor breakbulk- en projectlading. Je coördineert transporten, maakt planningen, beheert mafi's en trailers, en onderhoudt contacten met transportpartners. Daarnaast waak je over de kwaliteit van ladingen en zorg je voor correcte documentatie.

• 
  Coördineren van transport van Zeebrugge naar nationale en internationale bestemmingen
• 
  Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met transportpartners en onderhandelen over tarieven
• 
  Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning voor cargobehandeling op de terminal
• 
  Toewijzen van mafi's en trailers op basis van ladingtype en beschikbaarheid
• 
  Bepalen van stuffingposities en toezien op correct laden, vastzetten en markeren van goederen
• 
  Organiseren van stuffing en lading naar diverse havens
• 
  Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en opstellen van schaderapporten
• 
  Beheren van mafi-, trailer- en shuntingplanning
• 
  Opmaak van exportdocumenten en communicatie met alle betrokken partijen

• Bachelor Logistiek Management, Supply Chain of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in logistieke planning, bij voorkeur in breakbulk of projectcargo

• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling én schriftelijk

• Sterke kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Rijbewijs B

• Nauwkeurigheid, organisatorisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen

• Communicatief sterk, klantgericht en flexibel

• Vast contract van onbepaalde duur

• Loon volgens ervaring: €3000 - €4000
