Customer Service Support Gate
Job description
Als Customer Service Gate Support ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de logistieke dossiers van A tot Z en het onthaal van de chauffeurs op de gate.
Waar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor?
- In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de logistieke processen omtrent de opdrachten van de klanten. Je staat in voor de het correct verloop van zowel de ladingen, het stockeren en het lossen van de goederen;
- Dagelijks sta je hiervoor in contact met klanten en collega's van verschillende diensten, breng je de nodige administratie in orde en maak je alles klaar voor facturatie;
- Ook aan de gate spring je in en wissel je met de collega's af om chauffeurs snel en efficiënt verder te helpen bij de opdrachten.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Als de ideale kandidaat heb je reeds kennis opgedaan via een opleiding in de sector of een voorgaande ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol;
- Je bent stressbestendig en georganiseerd, de drukte neemt snel toe en geen enkele dag is hetzelfde;
- In zowel Nederlands als Engels kan je jezelf vlot uitdrukken en ben administratief sterk aangelegd met een zeer goede kennis van MS Office;
- Voorgaande kennis en ervaringen binnen expeditie en douane is zeker een groot pluspunt.
Wat kan jij verwachten?
- Hiervoor heb je een aantrekkelijk salarispakket op basis van je kennis en ervaring tussen €2700 - €3500 bruto per maand;
- Dit wordt aangevuld met extra legale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, ecocheques en meer;
- Je komt terecht in een klein, maar hecht team binnen een grotere groep in de Haven van Antwerpen.
