Dispatcher havenarbeiders
Job description
Als planner sta je in, samen met jouw collega's, voor de optimale planning van havenarbeiders op de diverse terminals in de diverse shiften.
Waar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor?
- Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de medewerkers op de kaaien zo goed en efficiënt mogelijk in te plannen, rekening houdend met de verlofplanning en inzetbaarheid;
- Je gebruikt de systemen om de planning op te maken en bij te sturen doorheen de week, maar ook de weekends;
- Samen met de andere afdelingen zoals HR, operations en de technische dienst vervolledig jij de planning.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor diploma of relevante ervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je bent leergierig naar het aanleren van nieuwe systemen toe, maar ook flexibel naar werkuren omwille van shiftsysteem en weekendwerk;
- Je bent communicatief zeer sterk in het Nederlands en kan ook goed met verschillende gesprekspartners overweg, zoals (haven)arbeiders;
- Je bent een zelfstandige en stressbestendige teamplayer die goed het overzicht kan bewaren.
Wat mag jij verwachten?
- Je krijgt een aantrekkelijk salarispakket op basis van je ervaring en kennis beginnend bij €3000 bruto/ maand.
- Dit is aangevuld met premies en andere extra legale voordelen zoals 2 dagen home-office;
- Je komt terecht in een bruisende omgeving met veel uitdagingen waar elke dag er anders uit ziet;
