Dispatcher Spoortransport
Job description
Je coördineert en volgt spoortransporten nauwgezet op, zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen en garandeert een correcte administratieve afhandeling van A tot Z.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je volgt de treinen op, je communiceert hiervoor met alle betrokken partijen zoals machinisten, verkeersleidingposten, klanten, terminals, enzovoort;
- Je brengt alles administratief in orde voor de spoortrafieken;
- Je informeert alle partijen betreffende het spoortransport en de gang van zaken;
- Je ondersteunt de operations afdeling bij allerlei administratieve taken;
- Je ontvangt de transportdocumenten en je stuurt deze ook op naar de betrokken partijen.
Wie ben jij?
- Je bent bereid in drie shiften te werken (VR/LT/NACHT);
- Je bent computervaardig, administratief sterk en hebt een organisatorisch denkvermogen;
- Je volgde een opleiding gerelateerd met transport en/of logistiek.
- Je deed al ervaring op binnen de logistieke/transport sector, dit is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Je durft jouw plan te trekken in het Duits en Frans.

- Je komt terecht in een groeiend bedrijf in een internationale haven-context met focus op spoorvervoer;
- Je vervoegt een tof team, dat een open en collegiale sfeer hoog in het vaandel draagt;
- Je krijgt daar bovenop een aantrekkelijke loon van € 3000 - € 3300 per maand aangevuld met extralegale voordelen met extra legale voorwaarden zoals premies voor de werkuren.
