Job description

Je voornaamste verantwoordelijkheid omvat het nauwkeurig opstellen en beheren van de export- en importdocumentatie voor scheepstransporten, zodat deze te allen tijde volledig en accuraat is.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je hebt de belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid om scheepsdocumentatie voor export en import nauwkeurig op te stellen en bij te houden, zodat deze altijd volledig en correct is.
• Naast je reguliere administratieve taken, ondersteun je ook het sales team.
• Of het nu gaat om het verschepen van panty's of de kathedraal van Antwerpen, dankzij jou is de communicatie en documentatie van de verscheping altijd tiptop in orde.
• Als expert in administratieve perfectie laat je geen ruimte voor fouten en zorg je ervoor dat elk detail zorgvuldig wordt behandeld.
• Dagelijks ga je actief in gesprek met collega's, klanten of opdrachtgevers om optimale afspraken te maken, waarbij jouw professionele inzet en betrokkenheid duidelijk naar voren komen.

Wie ben jij?

• Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen Nederlands en Engels, alsof het je tweede natuur is.
• Je bent van nature klantvriendelijk; het zit gewoon in je DNA.
• Denk je dat ik misschien niet met Microsoft Office kan werken? Natuurlijk wel!
• Het is cruciaal dat je beschikt over uitgebreide kennis van de maritieme wereld en gerelateerde documentatie.
