Wat ga je doen?
- Je verwerkt de opdrachten van uw klanten in het systeem.
- Je staat zelf in contact met rederijen en met andere afdelingen binnen ons bedrijf voor de afhandeling van uw dossiers.
- Je rapporteert uw stocks in real time aan uw klanten.
- Je stelt onmiddellijk facturen uit voor de gepresteerde diensten.
- In opdracht van uw klant stel je laadorders op voor afhaling van goederen door derden.
- Je rapporteert maandelijks de cijfers aan uw afdelingsverantwoordelijke.
Wie ben jij?
- Je kan zelfstandig en punctueel werken.
- Je hebt al een 1e ervaring in de sector, binnen de expeditie.
- Als je kennis van chemie, ADR en IMCO hebt, is dit een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een basiskennis douaneformaliteiten.
- Als je al ervaring hebt met WMS (Intris) is dit mooi meegenomen.
- Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling.
- Je kan vlot werken met Excel.
