Job description
Als Expediteur import ben jij verantwoordelijk om de klantendossiers tot een goed einde te brengen.
Wat ga je doen?
- De passende transportmodi aan de juiste prijs vinden is een taak die jou toebehoort.
- Je staat tevens in voor de transportopdrachten en contact met rederijen.
- Dossiers werk je af binnen de daarvoor voorziene tijdspanne en closing.
- Verder verzorg je de instructies i.v.m. douane afdeling.
- Klanten worden uiteraard ook op de hoogte gehouden, je geeft hen verdere ondersteuning en advies;
- Je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie van jouw dossiers en zorgt voor de volledigheid ervan.
Wie ben jij?
- In het verleden bouwde je minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen expeditie (maritiem) op en/of behaalde je een bachelor diploma logistiek management;
- Een basiskennis douane wetgeving (+ documenten), kennis van incoterms en bank gerelateerde zaken (LC, …). bezit je al.
- Verder ben je administratief sterk en kan je ook goed overweg met de bijhorende ERP systemen.
- Karaktereigenschappen als nauwkeurig, gedreven, klantgericht en communicatief sterk omschrijven jou als persoon.
- Talen als Nederlands en Engels beheers je vlot. Een basiskennis Frans is daarnaast ook vereist, Duits is een pluspunt.
