Expediteur Luchtvracht (Export)
Job description
Als expediteur luchtvracht ben jij de sleutel tot een moeiteloze exportervaring. Van orderregistratie tot douanezaken, jij zorgt voor vlekkeloze eindleveringen en bewaakt de kwaliteit. Welkom in de wereld van luchtvracht, waar jij het verschil maakt.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie, organisatie en opvolging van exportzendingen luchtvracht.
- Je registreert orders en maakt dossiers aan in het Transport Management System.
- Je houdt de binnenkomende zendingen van verschepers/airlines nauwlettend in de gaten.
- Je bereidt de benodigde douanedocumentatie voor
- Je organiseert vlekkeloos de eindleveringen bij de klanten.
- Je controleert de aankoopfacturatie en stelt verkoopfacturen op.
- Je rapporteert aan de teamleader en zorgt voor effectieve communicatie binnen het team.
- Je onderhoudt direct contact met de klanten en partners.
- Je speelt een cruciale rol in het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een natuurlijke neiging tot effectieve communicatie en plaatst de klant altijd centraal.
- In hectische situaties behoud je een georganiseerde aanpak en presteer je onder druk.
- Samenwerken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, en je draagt bij aan een positieve teamdynamiek.
- Je hebt begrip van douanevoorschriften en procedures.
