Job description
Als Export Forwarder ben jij een cruciale schakel in het volledige exportproces. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met operationele opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat onze internationale zendingen vlekkeloos verlopen van A tot Z.
Wat ga je doen?
- Als Export Forwarder bereid je alle exportdocumentatie nauwkeurig voor en volg je zendingen op van vertrek tot levering.
- Klanten, leveranciers en logistieke partners kunnen altijd bij je terecht.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie van transporten (zee- en/of luchtvracht).
- Eventuele problemen signaleer je direct en je bedenkt tijdig de meest efficiënte oplossing.
- Je verwerkt facturatie en betalingen en volgt kosten en dossiers correct op.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt ervaring binnen logistiek, export, douane of freight forwarding.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail.
- Het overzicht bewaren in complexe dossiers is geen probleem voor je.
- Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
- Communiceren in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans doet je niet zweten.
- Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar samenwerking, respect en kwaliteit centraal staan.
