Freight Forwarder Import
Job description
Als Import expediteur regel je alles voor zeevrachtzendingen van begin tot eind. Je hebt contact met klanten, rederijen en interne teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel en op tijd verloopt. Je zorgt voor de douanedocumenten en houdt het hele transportproces goed in de gaten, altijd met oog voor detail en efficiëntie.
Wat ge je doen?
- Je communiceert dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers en overseas agents.
- Je plaatst boekingen bij leveranciers.
- Je handelt expeditiedossiers af tot en met de facturatie.
- Je verzorgt de volledige documentatie van importdossiers.
- Je interpreteert en voert Letters of Credit uit.
- Je plant transporten in en volgt zendingen tot de eindbestemming.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als import expediteur.
- Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis van IMDG, GDP en Incoterms.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en een klantgerichte aanpak.
- Je bent probleemoplossend en stressbestendig.
- Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Ervaring met IRIS en CargoWise is een waardevolle aanvulling
