Freight Forwarder Ocean - Export
Job description
Als Freight Forwarder Ocean ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en organiseren van zeevracht zendingen van A tot Z. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, rederijen en interne afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de goederen veilig en op tijd op hun bestemming aankomen. Je handelt douane documentatie af, stelt transport dossiers op en houdt toezicht op de volledige transportketen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je communiceert dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers en overseas agents;
- Plaatst boekingen bij leveranciers;
- Beheert expeditie dossiers tot en met de facturatie;
- Verzorgt en controleert de volledige documentatie;
- Maakt douane-instructies en douane documenten op;
- Plant transporten in en volgt zendingen op tot aan de eindbestemming.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Freight Forwarder Ocean;
- Je kennis van IMDG, GDP en Incoterms is van een gevorderd niveau;
- Kennis van IRIS en CargoWise is een sterke plus;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent klantgericht.
- Je bent probleemoplossend, stressbestendig en flexibel.
- Je beheerst Nederlands, Engels en Frans vloeiend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
