Heftruckchauffeur
Job description
Als magazijnmedewerker met heftruckervaring ben je verantwoordelijk voor het lossen, stapelen en verwerken van vaten en paletten. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd besteed je aan heftruckwerk. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle goederen op een veilige en efficiënte manier worden behandeld en correct worden geplaatst in het magazijn.
80% van de tijd bestaat deze functie uit het lossen, stapelen en verwerken van vaten en paletten met behulp van een heftruck. Op sommige dagen zal de medewerker vaten moeten leegpompen. Tijdens dit proces is het verplicht om beschermende kledij te dragen, waaronder een Tyvek-pak en volgelaatsmasker.
Het leegpompen duurt ongeveer 30 minuten per keer. In de praktijk komt dit neer op het aansluiten van een slang op de vaten; eenmaal aangesloten, moet er gewacht worden tot de vaten volledig leeg zijn.
