HR Officer
Job description
Voor onze klant, gelegen te Temse, zijn we op zoek naar een getalenteerde HR Officer die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het werven van blue collar profielen, met name chauffeurs en logistiek personeel.
- Je speelt een cruciale rol in het aantrekken en selecteren van talentvolle chauffeurs en logistiek personeel
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende wervingskanalen
- Je beheert het volledige wervingsproces, inclusief het screenen van CV's, interviewen van kandidaten en het afnemen van referentiechecks
- Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met externe uitzendkantoren en andere HR-partners
- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR processen en procedures met betrekking tot werving en selectie
- Je zorgt voor een positieve kandidaatervaring en een effectieve onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers
- Je rapporteert aan de HR Manager.
- Je hebt een aantoonbare ervaring in werving en selectie, bij voorkeur met blue collar profielen
- Kennis van de logistieke sector is een pluspunt
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatie- en organisatievaardigheden
- Je werkt resultaatgericht en je bent in staat om in een dynamische omgeving te werken.
