Hoe zal jouw dag eruit zien?
- Je stuurt het proces aan voor alle importzendingen via de Antwerpse Haven.
- Je richt het proces zo efficiënt mogelijk in, rekening houdend met de eisen en behoeften van de klant.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het traject vanaf de afhandeling in de haven tot aan het transport naar de klant.
- Je coördineert samen met collega's het importproces van A tot Z.
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele service voor onze klanten.
Wat verwachten wij van jou?
- Je hebt kennis van het documentatieproces voor zeevracht, wat een pluspunt is.
- Je proactieve en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden helpen je elke uitdaging aan te pakken.
- Goede computervaardigheden, met name in Excel en Word, maken deel uit van jouw skillset.
- Ervaring met import en zeevracht wordt gewaardeerd, maar is geen vereiste.
- Je beheerst zowel Engels als Nederlands vloeiend, wat essentieel is voor deze functie.
