Job description
In deze rol staat je mee in voor de administratieve ondersteuning voor internationale transporten en help je mee de transportplanners bij het plannen van de containers.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Jij brengt de administratieve transportdossiers in orde voor de internationale planning van de containers;
- Continu hou je de klanten op de hoogte over wijzigingen en vorderingen in het dossier en sta je ook mee in contact met de leveranciers voor de opvolging;
- Verder zorg je voor de correcte verwerking van de documenten zoals CMR's, Bill of lading en meer!
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Als ideale kandidaat ben je communicatief en administratief sterk, dit in zowel Nederlands als Engels;
- Een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de transportwereld heb je reeds volbracht en een basiskennis aan logistieke documenten kan je voorleggen;
- Je kan je vlot verplaatsen met eigen vervoer van en naar de site.
Wat mag jij verwachten?
- Voor deze rol krijg je een aantrekkelijk verloningspakket tussen €2700 en €3500 bruto per maand aangevuld met extra legale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, ... ;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden ontbreken hier niet en je kan jezelf inwerken tot planner of expediteur;
- Verder kom je terecht in een familiale KMO-sfeer waar een open-door policy aanwezig is.
