Job description
Jij bent als loketbediende de schakel tussen de chauffeurs en de magazijnen!
Wat ga je doen?
- Je staat in voor het ontvangst van de chauffeurs.
- Je bent een krak in administratie en volgt de trafieken op.
- Je bereidt documenten voor (los-en laadorders, CMR's) & stelt de werkbonnen op voor facturatie & verzorgt het stockbeheer en de stocktelling.
- Je staat altijd klaar voor ondersteuning aan de expeditie-afdeling.
Wie ben jij?
- Kennis van natiewerk/loket is een pluspunt.
- Je bent mondig en sociaal.
- Je gaat assertief en accuraat te werk.
- Je kan om met een gezonde dosis stress en blijft nauwkeurig het overzicht bewaren.
- Het MS Office pakket is je niet onbekend.
- Je spreekt zonder problemen Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
