Medewerker expeditie
Job description
Voor een internationaal bedrijf gelegen in de haven van Antwerpen zoeken we een expeditie bediende om de firma te ondersteunen.
Heb je een opleiding expeditie voltooid of heb je al ervaring binnen de expeditie? Lees dan zeker verder!
- Je ondersteunt bij de opvolging van de expeditiedossiers.
- Je doet de bijhorende administratie gaande van het registreren van binnenkomende opdrachten, het aanmaken van expeditiedossiers tem de facturatie en stockbeheer.
- Je communiceert met klanten en leveranciers
- Je zal nauw samenwerken met collega's
- Je bent administratief heel sterk zodat je alle dossiers makkelijk kan uitwerken.
- Je kan nauwgezet en georganiseerd werken.
- Ervaring in de maritieme sector is geen must maar wel een pluspunt.
- Je bent sociaal vaardig.
- Je kan om met een gezonde dosis stress en stelt je flexibel op.
- Je bent klantvriendelijk en probleemoplossend
- Je hebt geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit.
- Je bezit de nodige ervaring in Outlook, Excel en Word.
- Je kan vlot communiceren in Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk!)
- Je bent administratief zeer sterk.
- Je komt terecht in een boeiende functie in een internationaal bedrijf.
- Een voltijdse betrekking met een optie op een vast contract na een geslaagde interimperiode.
- Een marktconfrom loon binnen PC 226 met extra legale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques.
- Interne opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
