Job description
Als personeelsplanner zorgt jij ervoor dat de juiste mensen, op het juiste moment, op de juiste plaats zijn.
Wat ga jij doen als personeelsplanner?
- Jij bent de spil achter de personeelsplanning van zo'n 400 wegenwachters en chauffeurs.
- Je hebt oog voor forecasts en op basis van data en analyses voorspel je piek- en dal momenten.
- Je stelt tactische planningen op voor middellange termijn, signaleert knelpunten, doet verbetervoorstellen en deelt je inzichten met management en operationele teams.
- Je houdt personeels- en voertuiggegevens up-to-date, verwerkt mutaties en ondersteunt HR bij instroom en uitstroom.
- Je werkt mee aan verbeter initiatieven op het gebied van efficiëntie, kwaliteit en automatisering.
Wat breng jij ons?
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als personeelsplanner, bij voorkeur in een complexe logistieke sector.
- Je hebt sterke analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Je denkt vooruit en anticipeert op knelpunten.
- Ervaring met complexe personeelsplanning is een plus.
- Je hebt kennis van Excel en planningssoftware en bent bereid om mee te werken aan optimalisatieprojecten.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en in staat om met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken.
