Service Coördinator
Job description
Jij zorgt er enerzijds voor dat de gemaakte afspraken nagekomen worden, stuurt aan waar nodig en brengt de nodige administratieve taken in orde.
Wat ga je moeten doen?
- Je staat in voor de service- en onderhoudsopdrachten in België en Luxemburg.
- Je ziet erop toe dat de gemaakte afspraken worden nageleefd en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- De directe aansturing van de servicemonteurs behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket.
- Je brengt de nodige administratie in orde met betrekking tot de facturatie.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een opleiding of werkervaring in een technische richting.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je kan goed om met een hectische omgeving en kan snel schakelen.
- Je kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
