Tankreiniger - Vervangende Ploegbaas
Job description
In deze functie combineer je operationeel werk als tankreiniger met een leidende rol. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over bij afwezigheid van de ploegbaas, stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden efficiënt, correct en volgens de geldende procedures worden uitgevoerd. Coaching, opvolging en samenwerking met het management vormen hierbij een belangrijk onderdeel.
Actief meewerken als tankreiniger.
Tijdelijk de ploegbaas vervangen bij afwezigheid.
Een team reiniger(s) aansturen en begeleiden.
Werkzaamheden verdelen, opvolgen en controleren.
Toezien op de correcte toepassing van veiligheidsprocedures.
Teamleden coachen en motiveren.
Nauwe samenwerking met de vaste ploegbaas en de cleaning manager.
Zorgvuldig omgaan met kwalitatieve werkmaterialen.
Werken in een ploegensysteem (vroege en late ploeg).
Ervaring in tankreiniging of een gelijkaardige industriële omgeving.
Ervaring in het begeleiden of aansturen van een team.
Geen hoogtevrees of claustrofobie.
Buitenwerk schrikt je niet af.
Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
Eigen vervoer (openbaar vervoer is geen optie).
Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om overuren te doen in drukke periodes.
Uurloon tussen €17,50 - €19/u.
