Teamleader Customer Service

Job description

Je bent samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van transporten voor de klanten, voornamelijk containertransport via verschillende transportmodi.

Waar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor?

• Als teamleader binnen de afdeling van customer service ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiding geven en coördineren van het team tijdens de opvolging van de transporten;
• Je staat mee in voor het plannen en opvolgen van de orders met de focus op de meest efficiënte dienstverlening;
• Verder vertaal je strategische doelstellingen naar meetbare KPI's en zorg je samen met je team dat operationele problemen worden opgelost of vermeden.

Wat verwachten ze van jou?

• Voor deze rol heb je reeds enkele jaren ervaring achter de rug in een gelijkaardige leidinggevende functie binnen de logistieke sector;
• Je hebt een sterk inzicht en grote kennis van de containerlogistiek met kennis op import en exportzendingen via verschillende transportmodi;
• Naast leidinggevende en peoplemanagement skills communiceer je ook vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, maar is kennis van Duits een pluspunt.
