Transport coödinator
Job description
Als transport coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van het transport op basis van de aankooporders.
Waar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor?
- Binnen deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van alle transporten binnen België tussen onze filialen;
- Samen met de aankoopafdeling leg je de puzzel omtrent de transporten op basis van de stock die ter beschikking is;
- Je staat in contact met de chauffeurs voor een tijdige levering en coördineert mee de tijdvakken zodat de planning wordt nageleefd;
- Verder werk je dossiers af, zorg je voor optimalisaties en verbetering van de transporten over heel Vlaanderen en Wallonië.
Wat verwachten ze van jou?
- Als transportcoördinator kan je reeds 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring laten zien als dispatcher of transport planner van goederen;
- Kennis of affiniteit met de automotive en plannen van voertuigen is een pluspunt;
- Zowel in het Nederlands en Engels kan je vlot communiceren, maar kennis Frans is ook mooi meegenomen;
- Je bent stressbestendig en kan vlot overweg met verschillende leden binnen het team en onderhoud je een goede partnership met de chauffeurs.
Wat mag jij verwachten?
- Voor deze functie krijg je een aantrekkelijk salarispakket tussen €3200 - €3800 bruto aangevuld met extra legale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering;
- Daarnaast heb je een aantrekkelijke vakantieregeling met 12 ADV-dagen bovenop je wettelijk verlof;
- Jezelf verder ontwikkelen en groeien binnen het bedrijf kan ook via externe en interne opleidingen.
