Job description
Je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte doorstroming van het vracht proces & staat in voor de nauwkeurige en tijdige invoer van de gegevens in het systeem;
Wat ga je doen?
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte doorstroming van het vracht proces & staat in voor de nauwkeurige en tijdige invoer van de gegevens in het systeem;
- Jij gebruikt de flow van import zendingen dagelijks en controleert deze op een zo goed mogelijke aflevering;
- Je draagt bij tot een goede communicatie met klanten en leveranciers en onderhoudt zo de relaties;
- Je begrijpt de proces stroom van de afdeling en zoekt mee naar verbeteringen en oplossingen.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar relevante ervaring en / of opleiding, of een gelijkwaardige combinatie van de twee
- Inzicht in het documentatie proces voor zeevracht is een pluspunt.
- Enige commerciële ervaring is ook een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt zeer goed Engels en Nederlands, kennis van andere talen zoals Duits en Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent proactief, communicatief sterk en kan goed organiseren.
- Een 9-5 mentaliteit heb je niet.
- Je hebt geen problemen met een bepaalde dresscode.
