For the finance department of a fast-growing international organization headquartered in Antwerp, we are looking for a driven and analytical Consolidation & Reporting Analyst. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:

  • Group Consolidation & IFRS Reporting: You are responsible for preparing the monthly consolidated financial statements of the group in accordance with IFRS and internal reporting standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
  • Analysis & Data Integrity: You analyze consolidated figures, safeguard data consistency and translate financial data into clear and reliable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement & Best Practices: You actively identify opportunities to improve consolidation processes, reporting tools and methodologies, and support the implementation of best practices.
  • Complex Accounting Topics: You take ownership of in-depth analyses related to acquisitions, divestments, goodwill/badwill, equity reconciliations and other technical consolidation matters.
  • You collaborate closely with Business Intelligence and Performance Management teams, providing financial insights and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Knowledge Growth & Stakeholder Interaction

THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ARE:

  • Education & Background: You hold at least a bachelor?s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • You have 3?5 years of experience in consolidation or financial reporting within an international environment. Solid knowledge of IFRS is essential.
  • Analytical & Structured Mindset
  • You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and are able to interpret and summarize complex financial information clearly.
  • You communicate confidently with various stakeholders, take initiative and are eager to further develop your expertise.
  • You are comfortable working with financial systems and reporting tools and enjoy optimizing processes through technology.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French or Spanish is considered a strong asset.
