We are looking for an Operations Specialist for Starbroker. StarBroker is the in-house carrier of DHL Global Forwarding. On behalf of our network, we contract air freight capacity on strategic routes worldwide, particularly from Europe. We use both part- or full charters and scheduled service carriers.

Your tasks will include:

• Processing and following up on the daily export document flow, including customs clearance
• Coordinating activities with the warehouse
• Coordinating document flows with customer service teams
• Reporting and following up on paperwork irregularities
• Providing updates to the airline and destination
• Rescheduling shipments

• You have initial experience in air freight or a degree in logistics
• You handle administrative processes with precision
• You are a strong communicator and a team player

• You speak English and can express yourself in Dutch. French is a plus
