Their services range from air and ocean freight forwarding to cargo, removal services and warehouse operations. Their Belgium Headquarter is located in Machelen, Belgium. For their office in Machelen they are looking for a Quality & Compliance Officer. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory guidelines through audits, inspections, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage and maintain accurate, complete, and traceable documentation, utilizing QMS principles and document control processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and quality reviews to evaluate system effectiveness and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Investigate deviations and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Deliver training programs and provide guidance on regulatory requirements, quality systems, and compliance standards to employees.
• Stay updated on industry trends, monitor KPIs, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
