For our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding biotech company, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate.
Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Handling biohazard materials such as blood bags and viral vectors in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Accurately processing incoming inventory by verifying purchase orders, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Managing equipment and materials stored at cryogenic temperatures.
- Completing Master Inspection Checks (MIC) for received goods, including transportation inspections, temperature control, integrity verification, and proper documentation.
- Filling in necessary forms and logbooks related to receiving, picking, and outbound operations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Collaborating closely with the Operations and Quality departments to facilitate production and laboratory activities at the start-up site.
- Working in a sterile environment while wearing specialized protective clothing.
- Using two SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to manage inbound, picking, and outbound logistics.
- Coordinating with accounting, suppliers, and business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
