CMB – Compagnie Maritime Belge
CMB was founded in 1895 as a shipping line linking Belgium and the Congo. We were then known as the Compagnie Belge Maritime du Congo (CBMC). However, over time our shipping lines extended further afield. We were renamed as the Compagnie Maritime Belge or CMB.

CMB is now a privately owned company, based in Antwerp and with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Brentwood and Hamburg. At present CMB is active in the following areas:
