- Als Customer Care Executive - Export bent u de onmisbare held die de volledige customer journey van onze klanten in goede banen leidt.
- Uw missie? Onze klanten zo zorgeloos mogelijk laten slapen dankzij uw fenomenale service. U springt vol enthousiasme op de kar om klanten van A tot Z – en soms terug – te begeleiden door elk bochtig pad van hun klantendossier.
- Dit doet u met een flinke portie klantgerichte én proactieve communicatie: u beantwoordt vragen alsof het quizvragen zijn en lost klachten sneller op dan uw eigen kruiswoordraadsel.
- Daarbij werkt u gezellig samen met interne en externe stakeholders, want samen sta je sterker (én is het vaak gezelliger). Uiteraard volgt u de bedrijfsregels alsof het de spelregels van uw favoriete bordspel zijn, en zorgt u dat de administratie altijd spik en span is.
- In deze functie mag u zich direct tot de Customer Care Teamlead wenden, die uiteraard altijd openstaat voor nog meer sterke verhalen.
Profile Description :
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma (bonuspunten als het in de logistiek is!), je kan bogen op ervaring, of je bent gewoon zwaar gek op alles wat met dozen, vrachtwagens en planningen te maken heeft!
- Geen enkele dag hetzelfde? Jij floreert nét in die chaos – eentonigheid is sowieso te saai voor jou.
- Jij kletst zo makkelijk klantenrelaties bij elkaar dat menig netwerkgoeroe er jaloers op zou worden.
