Dossierbeheerder export:
Als dossierbeheerder export sta je in voor de administratieve opvolging van goederen die naar het buitenland verzonden worden. Je zorgt ervoor dat exportdossiers correct verwerkt worden en dat alles vlot verloopt volgens de internationale regelgeving.
Jouw taken:
- Volledige opvolging en afhandeling van exportdossiers van A tot Z
- Contact onderhouden met klanten, transportbedrijven en rederijen
- Coördineren en opvolgen van internationale verzendingen
- Opmaak en verwerking van export- en transportdocumenten
- Zorgen voor een vlotte en correcte administratieve verwerking van het exportproces
Vereisten:
- Voor deze functie is een goede kennis van MS Office vereist.
- Ervaring binnen dossierbeheer of een gelijkaardige administratieve functie vormt een pluspunt.
- Een vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels is noodzakelijk, terwijl kennis van Frans een extra troef is.
- Er wordt belang gehecht aan een oplossingsgerichte en praktische ingesteldheid.
- Nauwkeurig werken en oog hebben voor detail zijn essentieel binnen deze functie.
- Het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijk op te volgen en prioriteiten te stellen is belangrijk.
- Een flexibele ingesteldheid en geen typische 9 to 5 mentaliteit worden verwacht.
