Ben jij nauwkeurig, klantgericht en gedreven om douaneprocessen soepel te laten verlopen? Als douanedeclarant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het correct afhandelen van import- en exporttransacties, het opstellen van dossiers en het onderhouden van contacten met de Douane en klanten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Douaneformaliteiten: Afhandelen van douaneprocedures voor import en export.
Aangiftes: Verwerken van douane-aangiftes volgens wet- en regelgeving.
Dossierinstructies: Opstellen van instructies voor het afhandelen van klanttransacties.
Douanecontrole: Aanbieden van douanedocumenten aan de Douane voor controle.
Administratie: Bijhouden van douaneformaliteiten in geautomatiseerde systemen.

Wie ben jij?

Klantgericht: Je staat klanten en interne teams professioneel te woord.
Ervaring: Minimaal 2–5 jaar ervaring in een douane functie, bij voorkeur in logistiek/douane.
Opleiding: Minimaal HSO of bachelor diploma richting logistiek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Zelfstandig: Je kan zelfstandig werken en dossiers accuraat beheren.
Teamplayer: Werkt goed samen binnen een informeel, gemotiveerd team.
Stressbestendig & georganiseerd: Je houdt het overzicht en bewaart rust in drukke periodes.
IT-vaardig: Vlot kunnen werken met systemen voor douaneadministratie.
Leergierig: Bereid om on-the-job nieuwe kennis op te doen voor complexere dossiers.
