Als Credit Controller ben jij de spin in het web voor onze klantenportefeuille, verspreid over een 12-tal bedrijven binnen de Rhenus-groep. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat betalingen op tijd worden verwerkt en klantrelaties optimaal blijven.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je bent hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen met vragen over openstaande facturen.
• Je neemt dagelijks contact op met klanten (telefonisch en schriftelijk) om betalingsafspraken te maken. Hierbij weet je klantvriendelijkheid en assertiviteit perfect te combineren om tot haalbare oplossingen te komen.
• Je volgt disputen nauwgezet op, werkt samen met operationele afdelingen en biedt oplossingen op maat.
• Je houdt dossiers up-to-date en zorgt voor een foutloze administratie.
• Je verzorgt betalingsdetails, cleart rekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten outstandings steeds accuraat blijven.
• Je voert controles uit op masterdata en zorgt voor correcte saldobevestigingen.

Jij bent niet zomaar een Credit Controller - jij bent een sociale, positieve en taalvaardige multitasker!

• Taalvaardig: Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans, Engels en Duits. Of het nu een gesprek of een e-mail betreft, jij weet de juiste toon te raken.
• Klantgericht: Met jouw professionele, empathische aanpak weet je klanten te overtuigen en te begeleiden naar oplossingen.
• Positief ingesteld: Je bent energiek, optimistisch en laat je niet uit het veld slaan door weerstand of uitdagende situaties.
• Nauwkeurig: Jij hebt oog voor detail en houdt administratie foutloos en overzichtelijk.
• Communicatief sterk: Je bent assertief en diplomatisch, en kunt klanten overtuigen zonder agressief over te komen.
• Stressbestendig: Jij blijft kalm en constructief, zelfs bij complexe onderhandelingen of conflicten.
• Organisatorisch talent: Je weet je werk goed te plannen en prioriteiten te stellen.
• Ervaring: Je hebt een relevante achtergrond in een vergelijkbare functie (bv als credit controller, call center,...) en bent thuis in tools zoals MS Office (kennis van SAP is een plus).
