QSHE Team Leader

We are looking for a QSHE Team leader for our multi-client warehouse in Geel. If you have experience in Quality, Safety, Health and Environment, and are passionate about ensuring legal compliance and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Your Role

The QSHE Team leader is in charge of implementing a strong QSHE culture, fine-tuning quality processes, enhancing operational QSHE structures.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QSHE culture to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain quality processes compliant with internal directives.
• Review and audit operational QSHE processes/structures.
• Verify the use and effectiveness of QSHE processes according to regulations and client requirements.
• Advise on setting Quality compliance objectives.
• Focal point for all QSHE KPI and performance measurement and report processes.
• Benchmark internal quality systems by performing and monitoring internal audits and self-inspections. 
• Monitor updating of all documents in different departments according to Quality Management & other relevant standards.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience,
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in a managerial QSHE related position preferably within Logistics, pharma or other rapidly changing environment,
• Practical knowledge of QSHE management systems (GxP, GdP, GmP, DRMS, PDCA, H&S Culture, ISO standards (9001,14001,45001,13485, …), AEO, …), prevailing local and international legislation/guidelines & best practice,
• Positive mindset and “can do” attitude; you have proven leadership ability, capable of building consensus and getting your team involved,
• Excellent computer skills including Internet and MS Office,
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
