You will be part of Operations Control Division, Customer Support Department, You will be responsible for several tasks:

• You will be assigned several clients for which you will take full responsibility.
• Establish and build a good relationship with the assigned customers.
• Translate the needs and wishes of the clients to our supply chain department.
• Daily communication with your clients via mail and phone, assisting them with their questions or directing them to the right person within Toyota.

TPCE (Toyota Parts Centre Europe) is het Europees Distributiecentrum van Toyota. Het levert Toyota & Lexus– onderdelen aan Europese distributeurs. Verder belevert Toyota ook rechtstreeks aan garages/dealers in België, Luxemburg, Nederland, Duitsland en Noord – Frankrijk. In Diest worden de ingevoerde auto – onderdelen van Toyota en Lexus gestockeerd en worden de bestellingen voor de dealers en distributeurs klaargemaakt en verzonden. TPCE is een geautomatiseerd verdeelcentrum van auto – onderdelen.

•  You have a bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Economics or Business Management.
• You will be able to work together X-functionally to broaden your knowledge and experience.
• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) and a have good knowledge of the Dutch language.
• You are able to quickly build professional relations with both new and existing customers.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint), ability to create high quality material for presentations and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, perseverance, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Capability to manage multiple challenging tasks.
• Flexible team player, open personality, spirit to challenge and explore uncharted territories
