Customs Team Coordinator

Xtra Harbour Select specialises in the supply chain, customs, shipping and forwarding. As we only work within these business units, we’ve obtained the experience to assist our clients in search of the perfect employee, while prioritising a personal approach!
What will you do:
• Expert knowledge of customs import, export, and transit declarations – bonded warehouse – certificates – customs authorizations and EiDR.
• AEO expertise and implementation procedures such as self-assessment
• Search for improvements within our customs organization.
• First point of contact for Customs authorities
• Follow up on customs files such as rectifications, cancellations, refunds and making sure that they will be handled with a professional approach. Taking care of monthly audits and incident registrations
• Improve and secure data quality in all operational and reporting systems and files.
Profile:
• Experienced in customs formalities
• You are a team player and energetic on improving team solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication in Dutch, English and French (optional).
• You are client focused and solution orientated.
• Advanced knowledge MS Office: Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
