Ben jij klantgericht, communicatief sterk en voel jij je thuis in een logistieke omgeving? Als Customer Service Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige dossierbeheer van A tot Z en zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen klanten, interne afdelingen en externe partners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Orderverwerking: Aannemen en verwerken van klantenorders volgens de geldende procedures.
• Dossierbeheer: Volledige administratieve opvolging van dossiers en correcte input in het ERP-systeem.
• Communicatie: Dagelijks contact met klanten, rederijen, transporteurs en interne afdelingen.
• Coördinatie: Aansturen en afstemmen met de logistieke afdeling (operations).
• Transportplanning: Boeken en opvolgen van transporten bij rederijen of transporteurs.
• Documentatie: Behandelen van commerciële, handels- en douanedocumenten en certificaten.
• Facturatie & controle: Voorbereiden van facturatie, uitvoeren van controles en opmaken van rapporteringen.

Wie ben jij

• Ervaring: Relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige logistieke of customer service functie.
• Administratief sterk: Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en vertrouwd met MS Office (goede kennis Excel).
• Communicatief & klantgericht: Sterk in interne en externe communicatie en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
• Stressbestendig: Je behoudt overzicht en kwaliteit, ook onder tijdsdruk.
• Talenkennis: Goede kennis van Engels; kennis van Duits en Frans is een pluspunt.
• Leergierig: Gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de logistieke sector.
